Supports global corporate tax operations, including direct and indirect tax compliance, income tax returns, sales and VAT reporting, tax provisions, international tax calculations, audits, notices, and tax-related projects. Partners with Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and external consultants to ensure accurate filings, reconcile tax accounts, document tax positions, resolve issues, and improve processes through automation.

Ensure continuous operation and reliability of GLG systems by triaging, diagnosing, and resolving software issues. Interface with Engineering and Helpdesk, communicate technical resolutions to non-technical stakeholders, and learn and apply JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL and AI toolsets to improve platform reliability.
