Perform monthly accounting and investor reporting for mortgage loan portfolios: reconcile GL and subledger balances, prepare trial balances, accruals, valuations, journal entries, and reports; assist with audits, SOX controls, process automation, third‑party loan coordination, and ad hoc financial analysis to meet month‑end deadlines.

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives: identify and prioritize high-value use cases, manage pipeline and governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive productionalization and scaling, ensure regulatory and responsible-AI controls, and report outcomes and risks to executive leadership.
