As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will operationalize ML models, collaborate with teams, solve complex problems, optimize data pipelines, and implement best practices in ML deployment.

Coordinate information security regulatory examinations, audits, assessments, and information requests. Manage engagement trackers, evidence repositories, approvals, deadlines, findings, remediation commitments, and reporting. Partner with control owners, technology teams, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit to validate evidence and prepare regulator-ready responses. Develop briefings, FAQs, status updates, playbooks, and supporting documentation while improving governance workflows, submission quality, traceability, and operational efficiency.

Lead the enterprise product lifecycle for Prudential's Customer Nervous System (CNS), defining vision, roadmap, AI-enabled decisioning, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Partner across business, data, technology, risk, and compliance to translate signals into decision-ready intelligence, prioritize AI agents and workflows, and scale reusable decisioning patterns across the enterprise.

Build and analyze detailed financial models for mezzanine debt and structured equity; perform underwriting, credit and comparable analysis; prepare investment committee materials; support transaction execution and due diligence; monitor portfolio performance and valuations; assist with quarterly valuations, portfolio reviews, and investor/fund materials.

Leads production application support for front- and back-office investment platforms, troubleshooting incidents across users, vendors, and technology teams. Owns platform reliability, monitoring, data imports, change management, incident and problem resolution, root-cause analysis, and release coordination. Develops automation and operational enhancements, supports Linux, Windows, cloud, and database environments, and manages vendor relationships. Supports PGIM’s compliance program for registered investment adviser activities, focusing on marketing and distribution compliance. Reviews advertising and marketing materials for SEC, FINRA, and firm-policy compliance; evaluates disclosures, performance claims, risks, and product information. Partners with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to provide regulatory guidance, monitor regulatory developments, update policies, support training, and improve advertising review processes.

The External Wholesaler represents PGIM Global Wealth products to investment professionals, raises new assets, and services existing clients. Requires strong communication, territory management, and extensive travel.

Lead front-end design and delivery of scalable React/TypeScript UIs, build reusable component libraries, integrate with .NET/Python backends and SQL/NoSQL stores, define front-end architecture and standards, drive CI/CD and Azure deployments, and lead/mentor a small engineering team to ensure performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability.

Lead design and delivery of Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based data lakehouse and warehouse solutions. Own data ingestion, ETL, modeling, governance, security, CI/CD, and Power BI integration. Architect GenAI/RAG solutions, mentor a small engineering team, define standards and playbooks, and partner with business and tech stakeholders to execute multiple concurrent implementations.

Support PGIM Global Wealth Fixed Income Product Support by creating and maintaining marketing materials, fund content, and analytics. Translate portfolio and market insights into client-ready presentations, pitchbooks, and web content. Partner with investment, product, sales, marketing, and compliance teams to inform product positioning, monitor market/competitor trends, and support business development and strategic initiatives.
