The Sales Reporting Analyst delivers trusted, repeatable reporting and data maintenance that support new-business sales performance for Individual Life Insurance (ILI) sales leaders, wholesalers, and distribution partners. This execution-focused individual contributor will manage a defined business-as-usual reporting queue, producing accurate outputs on a predictable cadence so sales leaders and field partners can run the business with confidence while senior team members focus on strategy, prioritization, and stakeholder leadership.
What You'll Do

- Maintain and enhance standard Tableau dashboards, landing pages, and recurring reporting templates while preserving consistent formats and documented business rules.
- Validate sales data, reconcile information across sources, investigate discrepancies, and resolve or escalate errors to protect reporting accuracy.
- Manage first-pass ad hoc data and reporting requests, completing well-defined requests and escalating items that require complex analysis, prioritization, or significant judgment.
- Follow and help maintain standard operating procedures, documenting repeatable work and flagging exceptions
- Provide clear, dependable reporting outputs that enable ILI sales leaders, wholesalers, and distribution partners to monitor performance and make informed business decisions.

- Execution discipline and strong attention to detail across recurring deliverables.
- A process-oriented mindset that follows documented standards and sustains repeatable formats.
- Analytical problem-solving to reconcile data, identify root causes, and explain discrepancies clearly.
- Sound judgment about what can be resolved independently and what should be escalated.
- Clear written communication, reliable follow-through, and accountability for deadlines.
- A continuous-improvement mindset focused on practical enhancements to reporting quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Curiosity and initiative to use AI and other research methods, think creatively, and build new skills to identify better solutions or solve problems.
