Serve as the functional and solution architect for Oracle Fusion HCM: lead implementations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization; ensure platform stability, security, compliance, and scalability; guide design across HCM modules; evaluate releases and AI capabilities; mentor teams and drive HR technology roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement.

Support FP&A by building and maintaining bottom-up financial models, performing scenario and sensitivity analyses, evaluating partnerships and investments, supporting budgeting/forecasting, preparing materials for senior leadership, and applying AI tools to accelerate analysis.
