Leads DTCC’s Securities Financing Transactions Clearing business with accountability for strategy, product development, commercial growth, client engagement, financial performance, operational resilience, governance, and talent development. Owns the product roadmap, market expansion, stakeholder relationships, risk management, and delivery of securities financing solutions while representing DTCC to clients, regulators, and industry organizations.

Conduct hypothesis-driven threat hunts across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, and Kubernetes telemetry. Correlate logs, investigate attacker behaviors, document reproducible findings, and translate results into detections, playbooks, hardening tasks, and engineering priorities. Support incident response, purple-team simulations, detection tuning, and SOAR automation while mapping activity to MITRE ATT&CK. The role requires strong SIEM query, operating system, investigative, communication, and prioritization skills.

Leads DTCC’s research and innovation portfolio, coordinating emerging technology adoption, Agile project delivery, stakeholder engagement, resource and budget tracking, KPI reporting, training, communications, and continuous improvement. The role partners with executives, technical teams, business groups, and external stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, promote innovation, and deliver projects using modern approaches such as Agile Program Increment planning.

Designs, secures, automates, operates, and supports enterprise DevSecOps platforms and application infrastructure. Responsibilities include platform architecture, AWS and Linux administration, Kubernetes and middleware support, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, disaster recovery, incident response, and complex troubleshooting. The role provides engineering consultation to internal teams, maintains documentation, supports compliance and security controls, and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud across Payroll, Core HR, and Learning. Configure payroll elements, workflows, security, workforce structures, and learning programs; gather requirements; test and deploy enhancements; troubleshoot data, integration, reporting, and configuration issues; support payroll processing, compliance, reconciliations, quarterly releases, and production operations. Partner with HR, Payroll, Learning, Technology, and vendors while documenting solutions and improving processes.

Supports cloud product enablement by gathering business and technical requirements, decomposing technical designs into workstreams, refining backlogs, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and maintaining service catalogs and training documentation. Partners with product owners, cloud engineers, architects, security teams, and delivery leads to drive cloud adoption, governance, compliance, troubleshooting, process improvement, and alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

Conducts cybersecurity, technology, operational resilience, and specialized risk assessments of third parties. Supports vendor onboarding, contract reviews, control-gap remediation, regulatory compliance, and third-party risk framework enhancements. Partners with Legal, Sourcing, Technology, Security, Resilience, and business stakeholders while advising on NYSDFS requirements, fourth-party risk, encryption key management, and software supply chain security.

Supports IAM governance through access certification campaigns, policy adherence, control execution, risk and compliance reporting, dashboards, remediation tracking, and audit readiness. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, maintain governance documentation, improve IAM processes and controls, and communicate metrics to senior leadership. Applies least privilege, segregation of duties, periodic access reviews, and privileged access management principles while coordinating governance activities across distributed teams.

Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases, scripts, and reusable test frameworks for enterprise applications. Execute functional, regression, API, database, performance, and end-to-end testing; track defects and risks through closure; maintain requirements traceability; support delivery pipeline adoption; and ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to interpret specifications, improve test coverage, and deliver reliable solutions.

Supports DTCC’s FP&A objectives through budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, performance reporting, variance analysis, and financial presentations. The role analyzes data from multiple financial sources, develops financial trends and forecasts, partners with business leaders, evaluates processes for efficiency, and contributes to FP&A projects and ad hoc responsibilities.
