Lead client onboarding, integration, and lifecycle activities for FICC (GSD and MBSD). Manage projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, serve as business/technical SME, drive client engagement, identify process efficiencies, support training and controls, and lead high-value initiatives.

Assess creditworthiness of DTCC member firms by analyzing financial statements, performing annual reviews and ongoing surveillance, reviewing new member applications, maintaining credit rating matrices, designing monitoring tools/automation, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and managing a portfolio of complex counterparties to identify and mitigate credit risks.

Support implementation and maintenance of data governance standards, metadata management, and data quality monitoring. Assist with data catalog updates, Power BI governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and remediation of data quality issues. Contribute to training, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across technology domains.

Provide transactional legal support across commercial, technology, and strategic matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (software, data, SaaS, partnership agreements), advise on RFPs/due diligence, support M&A and strategic transactions, improve contract processes, and collaborate with global legal and business stakeholders.

Lead DTCC's enterprise data protection program: design, deploy, and operate DLP, classification, encryption, CASB and related controls across email, endpoints, cloud/SaaS and AI channels. Provide platform leadership, drive label‑driven DLP strategy, ensure regulatory/audit compliance, deliver metrics and evidence of control effectiveness, and advise teams on secure‑by‑design data controls.

Lead and support IAM operations, manage access recertification and request workflows, run IAM projects, define processes and reports, train staff, and liaise with stakeholders to reduce IT risk and improve access governance.

Lead design and implementation of IGA and PAM shared services; define reference architectures and standards; evaluate vendors and technologies; partner across business, security, and engineering to deliver scalable identity solutions; drive compliance, audit readiness, and stakeholder alignment; mentor engineers and represent identity domains in enterprise initiatives.
