Manage all aspects of medical assisting externships: develop and expand site partnerships, place and monitor students, ensure compliance and documentation, conduct site visits and evaluations, support extern-to-hire conversions, and maintain accurate SIS records to meet accreditation and employment benchmarks.

Lead and manage a campus Career Services team to drive graduate employment, employer partnerships, and student readiness. Coach staff, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance and audit-ready records, perform frontline advisor duties as needed, and grow employer hiring pipelines through outreach and relationship-building. Maintain on-site presence and collaborate with academic and campus stakeholders to meet placement and accreditation benchmarks.

Coach students and graduates on resumes, interviewing, networking, and job search strategy; build and maintain employer relationships to create externship-to-hire and direct-hire opportunities; support hiring events, mock interviews, and career readiness activities; track outreach and partner with campus teams to improve employment outcomes.

Administer and process student financial aid including verification, disbursements, awards, Return of Title IV calculations, VA benefits packaging, default management, audits, reporting, counseling students, and interdepartmental assistance.

Manage day-to-day site operations and provide operational and technical support for simulation and skills-based learning. Coordinate scheduling, prepare and maintain simulation labs and equipment, support faculty during labs and assessments, manage inventory and events, train proctors, and maintain documentation to ensure safe, realistic, and efficient experiential education delivery.

Serve as strategic HR advisor for multiple campuses: workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, onboarding, training, HR metrics, and support organizational change. Regular travel to sites to ensure consistent multi-site HR practices and drive employee engagement.

Manage campus student accounts and collections to reduce aged receivables and prevent bad debt. Oversee billing, reconciliations, cash handling, inventory for instruction, compliance with FERPA/FCRA/FDCPA/Title IV, reporting, and collaboration with Financial Aid and third-party partners.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting infrastructure, write complex SQL to analyze multi-source marketing data, standardize reporting, deliver insights on channel performance, support stakeholders and leadership with executive-level reports, and improve data governance and measurement frameworks.

Administer and process student financial aid, verify eligibility, award federal and state aid, counsel students and parents, manage disbursements and default prevention, run audits and reports, assist with private loans and VA benefits, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with campus departments.

Support and maintain simulation and skills labs: setup and operate simulator software, manikins, AV/debriefing and VR systems; provide technical support, training, inventory, maintenance, recordkeeping, scheduling assistance, and ensure safety and cleanliness of labs.
