Designs and develops product training for customers, partners, and employees using adult-learning principles. Leads enterprise FP&A process improvement, consolidation, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting across multiple business units. Partners with the CFO and VP of FP&A on board, investor, lender, and QBR materials. Drives standardization, cross-functional strategic projects, reporting consistency, change adoption, and data accuracy while influencing teams without formal authority.

Leads enterprise FP&A process improvement, standardization, consolidation, and executive reporting across multiple business units. Supports the CFO and VP of FP&A with board, investor, lender, budget, forecast, financial modeling, and variance reporting materials. Drives cross-functional projects, improves reporting accuracy and scalability, resolves data inconsistencies, and influences finance teams without formal authority. Requires extensive FP&A and management experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, executive communication abilities, and familiarity with accounting systems, Oracle, and Hyperion SmartView.
