Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, security, and performance practices while supporting marketing automation, CRM, analytics, attribution, consent, and campaign instrumentation. Develop design systems, accessible interfaces, CI/CD workflows, and data integrations, partnering with stakeholders on roadmaps and delivery.

Provides senior legal and commercial counsel for healthcare technology transactions, including SaaS, data sharing, vendor, EDI, clearinghouse, and interoperability agreements. Advises Sales, Finance, Product, and business leaders on healthcare compliance, HIPAA, data use, regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, subpoenas, and litigation. Supports deal execution, strategic partnerships, risk assessment, and business growth while negotiating complex agreements.

Supports customer onboarding and system integrations by gathering requirements, analyzing and converting data, configuring systems, troubleshooting implementation issues, documenting root causes, validating deliverables, and supporting go-live and conversion events. The role involves customer communication, cross-functional collaboration, compliance with healthcare data policies, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.
