Manage benefits enrollment, COBRA, terminations, and claims; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain HRIS (Paycom); reconcile billing; support open enrollment and wellness programs; respond to employee benefits inquiries.

Process and review vendor invoices, ACH and check payments, bank deposits, petty cash, credit card reconciliations; assist with budgets, audits, year-end closing, and provide AP backups.

Provide help-desk and on-site technical support across multiple locations: troubleshoot hardware, software, networks; perform system administration, device deployment, maintenance, inventory tracking, training, and ticketing; escalate complex issues to IT Director.
