Sell enterprise Business Intelligence software to new and existing clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prospect, qualify, present solutions to executives, manage complex sales cycles, lead negotiations, forecast sales, collaborate with sales engineering and customer success, and leverage partner relationships to drive revenue.

Lead portfolio governance, executive reporting, and strategic planning across Engineering, Product, Quality Engineering, and Cloud Operations. Own dashboards, KPIs, and QBRs; align cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies, drive standardized governance and automation, and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance and decision-making.

Own post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise accounts, driving technical adoption of cloud-native architecture, semantic layer (Mosaic), and AI analytics. Administer and reconcile sales compensation programs, calculate and validate commission payouts, maintain data integrity across Salesforce/Xactly/Workday, generate sales and commission reports, support quota setting and compensation plan rollouts, and partner with Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations to drive operational excellence.

Own post-sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts, driving technical adoption of cloud-native architecture, Mosaic semantic layer, and AI analytics. Act as technical advisor to executives, create customer roadmaps and KPIs, lead QBRs, enable integrations and developer workshops, monitor telemetry to resolve issues, influence product roadmap, support renewals and expansion, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable business value and NRR.

Lead post-sales enterprise accounts to drive adoption and expansion of Strategy's cloud-native platform and Semantic Layer (Mosaic). Act as technical advisor, develop customer roadmaps and KPIs, run QBRs, enable engineering and BI teams, monitor telemetry to mitigate risks, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales for renewals, upsells, and product advocacy.

Lead cloud incident response and coordinate across DevOps, Security, and Engineering. Design resilient scalable cloud infrastructure, build automation, support containerized environments, manage complex cross-team cloud issues, improve reliability/observability, implement CI/CD testing, and document and train teams on cloud best practices.

Lead global revenue recognition, own ASC 606 policy, review complex software/SaaS and multi-element contracts, manage revenue close and audit liaison, implement scalable processes and systems (ERP/RevPro/CPQ), and build a global team to support growth, M&A, and new product/pricing models.
