Builds client relationships, participates in assignments from start to finish, protects confidential information, and maintains professional standards.

Directs a tax practice by expanding existing-client revenue, developing new business, managing billing and performance objectives, overseeing quality control, advising clients, supervising staff, and supporting technical and operational leadership. The role requires strong client service, leadership, communication, deadline management, business development, and tax expertise. Travel may be required based on client and business needs.

Supports healthcare consulting projects by analyzing Medicaid enrollment, claims, and encounter data. Assists with client deliverables, data aggregation and validation, modeling, dashboards, reports, and infographics. Manages timelines, communicates project status, participates in peer review, researches solutions, and works with actuaries and consulting teams on Medicaid Managed Care rate-setting and policy analytics.

Lead complex accounting and finance workstreams for private equity-backed portfolio companies. Responsibilities include financial reporting and close process improvement, audit readiness, post-acquisition integration, working capital and cash flow analysis, client-ready financial deliverables, engagement coordination, risk identification, and communication with Controllers, CFOs, management teams, and private equity representatives.

Provide international tax consulting, compliance, and planning for multinational clients. Prepare and review Forms 5471/5472/8865/8858 and related disclosures, conduct technical research (GILTI, Subpart F, treaties, foreign tax credits), analyze tax data for planning opportunities, produce client deliverables and technical memoranda, collaborate with firm-wide engagement teams, monitor legislative developments, and support professional development and knowledge-sharing.

Lead and oversee outsourced accounting engagements, supervise monthly closes and deliverables, advise clients on financial and operational matters, manage billing and budgets, support client acquisition and onboarding, implement accounting systems, train staff, and ensure quality and timely service delivery.
