Sell employee benefits through consultative sales to new and existing clients, build and manage a qualified pipeline, document activity, present recommendations, close business, transition clients to service teams, support cross-selling, meet annual sales goals, and provide market intelligence to leadership.

Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow and profitability analyses; develop client-ready deliverables; communicate findings to clients and internal teams; support transaction recommendations and mentor junior staff.

Manage and perform credit risk due diligence and financial transaction analysis for clients. Conduct fieldwork onsite and remotely, prepare and review consultant reports, lead engagements to completion, meet deadlines, and support business development while maintaining required certifications and licenses.
