Provide administrative support to Managing Directors and staff including calendar management, document organization/scanning, drafting engagement letters, billing assistance, data entry, marketing/event coordination, meeting setup, and general office tasks.

Lead SALT (state and local tax) compliance and consulting engagements for financial services clients. Provide technical guidance on multistate income/franchise, sales/use, nexus, apportionment, and income sourcing. Advise on tax treatment of financial products, intercompany transactions, fintech models, and complex entity structures. Conduct nexus and filing footprint analyses, support audit defense and controversy matters, monitor state tax developments, and help grow SALT offerings within the firm.

Lead and grow a tax practice through proactive client engagement, business development, staff coaching, budget and billing management, quality control, and administrative leadership. Responsible for meeting department goals, collections, and fostering a positive team culture; may hold profit responsibility and participate in senior operations.

Serve as trusted advisor managing client engagements and staff; ensure quality, on-time delivery, budgets and billing; develop new clients; supervise, mentor and train team; meet charge hour goals and participate in practice development. Travel as needed.
