Provide US site-specific HR support with a focus on global mobility and immigration. Serve as primary point of contact for associates on visa matters, support employee relations, onboarding, training, policy implementation, compliance, HR data analysis and reporting, maintain confidential records, coordinate with vendors, and assist HR leadership and audits.
