Leads Shift4’s domestic and international government affairs strategy, advises executive leadership on legislative and regulatory developments, manages government and stakeholder relationships, oversees lobbyists and trade associations, develops advocacy strategies, and translates policy risks into business recommendations. The onsite Center Valley, Pennsylvania role includes approximately 30% travel to Philadelphia and Washington, DC.

Build, support, and improve full-stack financial systems applications, backend services, integrations, SQL workflows, data pipelines, reporting datasets, and front-end features. Troubleshoot production issues, improve data accuracy and auditability, automate finance processes, document technical systems, and collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, QA, and business stakeholders.

Owns the global contract template library, including governance, change intake, version control, drafting, approvals, translation, and implementation across CLM, e-signature, document generation, and web platforms. The role coordinates legal, commercial, technology, marketing, compliance, and regional stakeholders; manages translation vendors; supports AI-assisted contract tools; coordinates launches and rollbacks; and may draft or negotiate customer agreements.

Manage merchant onboarding from contract receipt through installation and handoff to the Launch team. Gather requirements, configure POS menus and online ordering, coordinate equipment logistics, train merchants, document account details, and resolve configuration or service issues. Provide white-glove client support through email, phone, ticketing, and chat while ensuring accurate setup and customer satisfaction.

Engages small and mid-sized business owners through inbound and outbound sales for POS and payment-processing solutions. Conducts discovery calls, delivers product demos, recommends tailored hardware and software packages, prepares proposals, manages opportunities in Salesforce, and collaborates on client onboarding. The role requires meeting sales quotas, maintaining product knowledge, and managing high-volume lead follow-up in an office environment.

Performs annual SOX compliance activities, including control design and effectiveness testing, risk assessments, audit planning, walkthroughs, remediation testing, documentation, and reporting. Collaborates with external auditors and business stakeholders, tracks audit tasks, evaluates risks and controls, leads operational effectiveness testing, and communicates findings to management. May also conduct special reviews and operational audits.

Provides technical support for Shift4 Dine POS systems and credit card terminals through calls, emails, chats, and tickets. Diagnoses issues, guides merchants through solutions, researches terminal problems, analyzes call trends, and coordinates with internal teams. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, customer service, multitasking, and flexibility to support 24/7 call center operations.

Leads global compensation program design, governance, planning cycles, salary structures, incentive plans, equity frameworks, market analysis, pay equity, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Partners with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders across regions to manage compensation budgets, integrations, systems, communications, and executive recommendations.

Leads the end-to-end design system across web, mobile, and POS products. Owns token architecture, component libraries, theming, accessibility, governance, design-to-code workflows, and legacy migration. Partners with Product and Engineering to improve adoption, consistency, and delivery speed while using AI-assisted tools for auditing, documentation, component mapping, and migration. Mentors designers and establishes standards, documentation, and scalable cross-platform patterns.
