Manage and lead a team of quality auditors and trainers, develop and enforce internal procedures to ensure government compliance, oversee quality control operations and documentation standards, and coordinate operational and administrative activities supporting mission success.

Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); integrate systems and automate workflows; ensure Section 508 accessibility and federal cybersecurity compliance; provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements; collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to deliver modernization solutions.

Lead and oversee maintenance data systems (MDS/PMS/ELMS) for ~2,400 CESE assets, ensuring asset accountability, monthly physical validations, reporting, procurement/administrative correspondence, corrective actions, and supervision of contractor maintenance personnel to meet Government standards.

Lead design and implementation of Power Platform solutions to modernize legacy civil engineering and logistics applications. Lead overall program execution for a federal client on-site in Washington, D.C.; manage schedules, budgets, risks, subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery and compliance with BPA and federal real property requirements.
