Collaborates with SMEs and project stakeholders, updates content based on regulatory and procedural changes, develops WBT and multimedia, creates accessible materials, performs quality assurance, and uploads finalized products to FDIC systems and LMS repositories. Ensures compliance with design standards, templates, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Designs, develops, maintains, and evaluates web-based and instructor-led security training for a federal client. Responsibilities include applying ADDIE, conducting training needs analyses, creating course designs and storyboards, developing assessments, maintaining curricula, supporting beta testing, ensuring quality, and aligning learning products with organizational goals and Department of Defense standards. The role also requires client partnership and leadership of instructional development projects.

Develop, maintain, and deploy SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning and web applications; translate instructional designs into interactive courses; integrate multimedia; ensure accessibility (Section 508/WCAG) and secure coding; test/stage/deploy across platforms; provide technical support and documentation; advise instructional staff and serve as SME. Must work onsite and hold current SECRET clearance.
