Drive Archer’s M&A activities from strategy and target sourcing through valuation, diligence, transaction execution, and integration. Responsibilities include market research, financial modeling, valuation, data-room and diligence management, coordination with advisors and internal teams, executive communications, relationship building at industry events, and use of AI tools to streamline deal evaluation.
