As a member of the Configuration Management team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of configuration management processes across the organization. Your primary role will focus on ensuring the accuracy and control of document releases, changes, and technical data. You will work closely with teams to ensure that all configuration items and documentation are properly tracked, verified, and aligned with organizational standards to maintain the integrity and compliance of the system.
What You'll Do- Perform and support document control, ensuring all configuration management (CM) processes are followed for the proper handling, storage, and release of technical data.
- Review Change Notices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with CM standards before Change Review Board presentation.
- Attend and support Change Review Board meetings, documenting decisions, action items, and change approvals.
- Execute the release and change process for configuration items, including verifying compliance with established standards and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Verify effectivity assignments are correct and properly implemented in the PLM system.
- Maintain configuration data integrity in systems, ensuring all changes are correctly captured and processed.
- Conduct audits to verify that released documents and configuration items comply with the Configuration Management Plan.
- Coordinate across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to determine the cut-in points, retrofit requirements, and necessary resources for change execution.
- Partner with Design Data Integrity Engineer to ensure released data meets CM requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of document releases and configuration changes.
- Assist in internal and supplier configuration audits, focusing on ensuring compliance with CM processes.
- Generate and maintain status reports on configuration items, document releases, and changes for management use.
- Provide ongoing support for configuration planning, identification, and status accounting tasks.
- Ability to interpret and verify process diagrams, engineering drawings, technical documents, and ICDs.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in handling large volumes of documentation.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay range of $110,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
