Leads complex, multi-site logistics and transportation operations involving materials, tooling, and finished goods. Leads aerospace prototype and manufacturing engineering for rotor and blade development. Responsibilities include preparing CAD, drawings, specifications, quality plans, fabrication and assembly plans; supporting test hardware and facility builds; ensuring manufacturability; troubleshooting manufacturing and test anomalies; resolving root causes; managing suppliers; and providing on-site support at test sites, suppliers, and customer locations.

Leads certification program operations as a strategic partner to the Head of Product Certification. Establishes operating rhythms, manages metrics and dashboards, oversees FAA and foreign-agency correspondence, maintains audit-ready records, removes cross-functional barriers, manages a small team, and prepares executive briefings. The role drives alignment, accountability, reporting, and execution across Product Certification, Engineering, Flight Test, Safety, and Program Management.

Supports aerospace development and FAA certification ground and flight testing by preparing test plans, test cards, reports, readiness materials, operating limitations, and safety documentation. Participates in flight test events, control-room and flight-line activities, briefings, debriefings, safety reviews, and test-risk management. Coordinates with engineering, maintenance, technicians, and program management while analyzing and communicating test results.

Leads dimensional engineering strategy for complex aerospace and eVTOL structures. Defines GD&T, datum structures, tolerance allocation, dimensional control plans, inspection strategies, and metrology requirements. Oversees dimensional validation across prototype, pre-production, and production phases, supporting certification and audits. Provides technical leadership on aerospace specifications and design definitions, interfaces with certification authorities, and manages and mentors dimensional engineering teams.

Define, design, validate, and verify system-level requirements for aircraft flight control actuation systems. Integrate multidisciplinary systems, coordinate interfaces, support architecture and trade studies, assess supplier designs, execute verification and validation, and develop certification and compliance documentation for civil aerospace programs.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput, fault-tolerant data ingestion and transformation pipelines and a lakehouse for large-scale ML training and inference. Ensure data quality, lineage, and versioning; partner with ML engineers on feature stores, dataset contracts, and performance optimization.
