Advise product, engineering, and business teams on consumer financial products throughout development and launch. Research and apply federal and state regulations, including TILA, ECOA, FCRA, EFTA, UDAAP, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM. Build business cases, commercial models, and cross-functional programs; engage C-suite partners; influence product and roadmap; and mentor junior BD team members to scale enterprise distribution and revenue.

Manage affiliate relationships and campaigns to drive user acquisition. Analyze performance using analytics tools, deliver reports and recommendations, recruit partners, and optimize creative and offers to meet monthly acquisition goals.

Lead strategic messaging and inbound go-to-market for a consumer fintech credit app. Conduct exploratory customer research to shape product roadmaps, validate product-market fit, and run experiments on pricing, packaging, and positioning. Align Product, Growth, Design, Data, and Creative teams, scale and mentor a product marketing team, and build repeatable playbooks to drive activation and monetization.

Design, build, and maintain ML infrastructure and data pipelines; develop, deploy, and monitor underwriting and financial-service models in production; run A/B tests and experiments; collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product to integrate models; mentor junior engineers and implement continuous improvement for model performance and scalability.
