Lead FP&A for Everlane: manage financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), run forecasting and reporting cycles, partner with business functions to provide analysis, generate ad-hoc insights, and deliver board and management financial updates.

Support end-to-end sample and PO processes: track and receive samples, enter and maintain raw material data, issue and manage purchase orders, ensure order accuracy and timeliness, communicate with overseas vendors, and support cross-functional teams and special projects.

Lead end-to-end product development for knits and sweaters, partnering with design, sourcing, materials, and quality teams. Manage calendars, BOMs, lab dips, costings, supplier relationships, and production handoffs while mentoring staff and ensuring sustainability, cost, and timeline targets are met.
