Plan, develop, and conduct tests on electronic components and systems; design and direct fabrication of test apparatus; coordinate instrument procurement, installation, calibration, and test sequencing; analyze and interpret test data, prepare technical reports, and develop/test using software and hardware. Perform revenue recognition, inventory and cost accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP. Prepare reserves, E&O analyses, and journal entries; support audits, tax packs, and physical inventory counts. Partner with Operations on variance analysis and lead process improvement projects.

Manage configuration control and document management for missile systems, maintain baselines, process engineering changes, conduct audits and reviews, and act as procurement action officer coordinating equipment procurements and status tracking across engineering, logistics, suppliers, and government stakeholders.

Execute sourcing strategies and manage supplier performance for high-reliability manufacturing. Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, audits, corrective actions, capacity assessments, and NPI supplier readiness. Mitigate commodity risks, support supplier quality initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure continuity of supply and product quality.

Lead and develop the Inside Sales and Customer Service team to manage quoting, order entry, order administration, and sales reporting. Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries, partner with sales and cross-functional teams, monitor bookings/backlog, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance and strong customer relationships to support revenue growth.
