The Software Engineer will play a key role in the Core Machine Learning team at Whatnot, driving the development of machine learning operations, deploying models on critical business surfaces, and improving infrastructure for new use cases. Duties include developing scalable machine learning design patterns and advancing technical approaches to machine learning while mentoring team members and communicating effectively across product teams.

As a Software Engineer Intern at Whatnot, you will work on cross-functional teams, tackling complex technical challenges. Projects may include building features for live-streams and implementing growth strategies for the marketplace. You will contribute to the growth of the platform and gain industry skills over a 12-week internship in Summer 2025.

As a Product Designer on the Growth team at Whatnot, you will shape user experience strategies, collaborate with international teams, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure design solutions meet business goals while being culturally relevant for diverse markets.
