Provide technical leadership for test campaigns, safety analysis, cross-functional coordination, mentoring, and long-term facility modernization to ensure safe, repeatable, decision-grade testing.

Partner with leaders to design and execute people strategies, including onboarding, performance management, compensation, compliance, workforce planning, HR analytics, total rewards, and employee relations. Coach leaders, build scalable HR processes, drive inclusion, and manage payroll/benefits and vendor relationships to support organizational effectiveness and growth.

Support M&A, fundraising, and investor relations through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, forecasting and consolidation, KPI tracking, and executive-level presentations to drive strategic transactions and funding decisions.
