The role also collaborates cross-functionally, uses AI coding tools, and supports information security, identity management, and healthcare technology initiatives.

Provides strategic leadership for WellSky’s client support organization. Defines support vision and strategy, improves satisfaction and operational efficiency, develops scalable processes and systems, partners with product, engineering, operations, and senior leadership, and mentors support managers. Preferred experience includes healthcare technology, SaaS, government healthcare programs, and AI-enabled support transformations involving chatbots, voice agents, or self-service tools.

Serve as primary client contact for medical coders: provide training, conduct coding reviews and audits, give coding compliance feedback, escalate issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve coding quality and client satisfaction.

Provides procedural and technical support for WellSky healthcare solutions through phone, email, and client portals. Troubleshoots escalated clinical, billing, training, and application issues; documents problems and resolutions; meets response and resolution targets; and collaborates with teammates to deliver quality client service. The role requires adherence to security procedures, flexibility for irregular hours, and extended computer use.

Lead client solution implementations from requirements gathering through deployment, customization, configuration, training, adoption, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with project teams and healthcare clients to analyze workflows, recommend improvements, and deliver implementations on schedule. The role supports Home Health and Hospice Professional Services, requires Salesforce proficiency as preferred experience, and involves travel up to 50%.

Drive end-to-end delivery of moderately complex technical programs: scope, plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives with engineering, design, QA, and operations. Maintain roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, report status to leadership, leverage AI tools to improve outcomes, and identify process improvements.

Act as a sales operations partner advising sales leadership on strategy, optimizing processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce), driving forecasting accuracy, supporting quota and territory reviews, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve pipeline, productivity, and sales programs.
