Serves as a liaison between WellSky and clients, managing contract adjustment requests, coordinating resolutions, strengthening long-term relationships, and improving client lifecycle experiences. It requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Bridges client needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, assessing feasibility, architecting scalable and secure custom solutions, supporting implementations, debugging issues, and demonstrating solution capabilities. Collaborates with sales, project management, development, and implementation teams while communicating directly with clients and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and maintain project scope.

Manage and scale Solutions organization operations through standardized processes, cross-functional programs, governance, workforce planning, and capacity management. Improve visibility, resource allocation, handoffs, delivery predictability, and operational efficiency across product, engineering, client experience, and leadership teams. Identify and mitigate risks while establishing accountability, escalation pathways, and operating rhythms aligned with enterprise priorities.

Provides technical support for WellSky clients in post-acute care facilities. Reviews, troubleshoots, documents, and resolves escalated application issues; collaborates with engineering and QA teams on debugging and testing; maintains detailed Salesforce cases; communicates with clients; escalates unresolved issues; and ensures response and resolution targets are met.

Owns end-to-end technical program and software release delivery, including release calendars, readiness reviews, Go/No-Go criteria, dependency management, risk resolution, stakeholder communications, and deployment playbooks. Partners with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, Solution Management, Support, and Client Services to coordinate EMR updates, hotfixes, and major functionality rollouts while improving release processes and methodologies.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines, infrastructure, data models, dashboards, and visualizations. Collaborates with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to improve data quality, accessibility, security, and decision-making. Analyzes workflows and data patterns, contributes to coding standards, supports cloud data integration and warehousing practices, uses AI tools, and grows into deployment and support rotations.

Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Monitors performance, resolves issues, documents configurations and procedures, and collaborates with senior engineers, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure network solutions. The role requires basic networking knowledge, occasional travel, and work in a corporate office environment.

Supports the software development lifecycle by helping build, maintain, and optimize scalable infrastructure and applications on Azure. Responsibilities include creating automation scripts, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues, supporting production systems through on-call rotations, and improving reliability and scalability. The role also involves collaboration across teams and staying current with DevOps, cloud computing, security, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Manages strategic enterprise client relationships for WellSky Specialty Care solutions, serving as the primary executive-level contact. Drives client outcomes, retention, advocacy, business reviews, success metrics, ROI, and growth by coordinating across teams and leveraging operational data. Requires substantial experience supporting complex healthcare technology customers and travel up to 30%.
