Manage inbound homeowner leads through the full sales cycle for Hometap's home equity investment: qualify and educate homeowners, maintain pipeline in Salesforce and Hometap's Hub, coordinate with internal teams, collect documentation, close deals, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Own a full inbound sales pipeline for Hometap's home equity investment product: educate homeowners, guide applications from first call to close, coordinate with internal teams, use Salesforce and proprietary tools, meet monthly and quarterly sales goals, and maintain compliance and high-quality homeowner communication.

Advise cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory matters, including privacy, AI, disputes, and operational risk. Draft, review, and negotiate technology, vendor, professional services, and strategic partnership agreements. Partner with legal operations to improve workflows, automate processes, and create scalable guidance. Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations teams on third-party risk and regulatory compliance while providing practical, business-oriented counsel to senior leaders.

Provides first-line IT support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues. Provisions equipment and user accounts, manages operating systems and cloud services, administers Google Workspace, supports information security initiatives, coordinates technology rollouts, and maintains hardware procurement, asset tracking, and inventory. Delivers customer service through email, Slack, phone, and Zoom while supporting remote teams and IT projects.

Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, KPI analysis, forecasting model maintenance, ad hoc business analyses, Tableau dashboards, and planning support. The role also supports change management and cross-functional projects, expanding toward ownership of strategic analysis, scenario planning, stakeholder presentations, and project management.

Manage day-to-day underwriting team operations to meet productivity, accuracy, and guideline adherence; evaluate applicants and make investment recommendations; handle escalations and edge cases; monitor QC and emerging risk trends; coach and develop underwriters; partner with Sales, Processing, and Closing; recruit and plan succession; and adapt underwriting processes to changing conditions to achieve team and company metrics.

The Tax Manager will manage Hometap's tax compliance and reporting, oversee partnership tax filings, handle income tax accounting for corporate entities, and communicate with investors while enhancing processes and driving audits.
