The Solutions Consultant serves as a Tubular platform expert, leading prospect demonstrations, trials, technical evaluations, and API opportunity scoping. Use competitive intelligence, customer research, and product expertise to identify differentiated content opportunities. Serve as the subject matter expert for Content Marketing, maintain alignment with Product Marketing, and collaborate with Marketing and Design to deliver polished assets that support demand generation.

Lead and scale a cross-brand content marketing function to produce data-driven thought leadership and full-funnel assets. Develop editorial strategy, manage a team of content producers, harness proprietary datasets for research-driven storytelling, optimize SEO and distribution, define buyer personas, and measure content ROI to drive demand, pipeline, and retention while aligning with product, growth, and comms teams.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data ingestion and ETL pipelines for social video intelligence. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement features, ensure code quality, lead technical projects, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor junior engineers while advocating best practices.

Lead new-business sales for Lineup and FatTail across assigned international markets from the UK. Drive end-to-end enterprise sales, self-source pipeline, convert partners, negotiate multi-year SaaS agreements, maintain accurate CRM and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel ~50% to meet new-business ARR quota.

Own new-business sales across North America for FatTail and Lineup, managing end-to-end enterprise deals, meeting annual new-logo quota, generating self-sourced pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM forecasting, negotiating multi-year SaaS contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally while traveling ~40%.

Lead global new-business enterprise sales for FatTail and Lineup, managing and growing a distributed team to hit new-logo ARR quota. Coach, recruit, and intervene on complex deals, drive pipeline generation, ensure forecast accuracy, and negotiate multi-year SaaS agreements while supporting cross-functional deal execution. Approximately 30% travel.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships, drive renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, provide product optimization and advocacy, coordinate internal teams for technical delivery, mentor CS teammates, and represent Chartbeat at customer meetings and conferences.
