Personally execute outbound and inbound sales, manage the CRM and full sales process, sell to US startups, generate pipeline, test acquisition channels, and develop both fast, high-volume and complex multi-stakeholder sales motions. Partner with Marketing and Airwallex’s Startups team to align and scale distribution.

Advise product, partnership, legal, risk, and compliance teams on complex global technology and strategic partnership transactions. Draft and negotiate agreements, coordinate local counsel across jurisdictions, assess regulatory paths to market, and manage external counsel and consultants. Build relationships with global stakeholders while supporting fintech product strategy and navigating payments, card network, and banking regulations.

Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product to measure and optimize marketing and growth initiatives. Build dashboards and scalable measurement frameworks, design experiments, analyze ROI and trends, provide actionable recommendations, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Partner with sales leadership to optimize territory management, improve revenue funnel processes, own GTM tools and reporting (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Looker), deliver pipeline analytics, and lead cross-functional strategic projects to drive commercial impact across the US/AMER business.

Lead GTM strategy and operations for the US SME sales segment. Define commercial strategy, coordinate cross-functional product launches, drive planning and budgeting, support sales through business development and onboarding, prioritize product enhancements, and run data-driven GTM experiments to accelerate revenue growth.

Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and backend systems (Java/Kotlin) for growth initiatives. Enable experimentation, event-driven data pipelines, A/B testing, observability, and secure, high-availability services in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
