Owns contingent labor contracting and collaborates with finance, operations, and engineering to optimize total cost, lead time, quality, and supply risk during rapid battery manufacturing growth.

Design, build, and deploy electrical test equipment for iron-air battery systems, including control panels, test racks, PCBAs, harnesses, and verification test beds. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, ensure compliance and safety for high-power systems, document designs and validation procedures, and support troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of deployed infrastructure.

Serves as a strategic and operational HR partner for California product engineering and site leaders. Responsibilities include organizational design, workforce planning, change management, talent programs, performance management, employee relations investigations, engagement initiatives, people analytics, and collaboration with HR centers of excellence. The role requires onsite work in Berkeley at least four days per week and supports a rapidly scaling energy technology and manufacturing organization.

Leads end-to-end delivery and validation of Form Energy’s battery technology, coordinating systems architecture, electrical engineering, firmware, and software workstreams. Owns product development processes, manages risks and dependencies, facilitates technical and executive decisions, and drives commercialization. Mentors program managers and engineers while influencing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful product launches.

Lead reliability engineering for battery pack and plant subsystems, focusing on electronics and electromechanical systems.
