The Operations Experience Manager leads store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, maintaining safety standards, and executing operational protocols. They coordinate fulfillment processes, oversee training and compliance, and direct daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures.

Supports 4–6 engineering teams, mentors engineers and direct reports, resolves complex technical issues, collaborates with vendors, and promotes engineering best practices and innovation.

Sells interior and exterior home improvement products and services through in-home visits, virtual channels, stores, and trade shows. Assesses customer needs, recommends tailored solutions, prepares and negotiates quotes, presents warranties and financing, takes measurements, completes contracts, and processes sales paperwork. Generates leads, develops referrals, maintains relationships with Home Depot store associates and management, and promotes Home Depot Installation Services offerings.

Manages compensation programs across multiple organizations, including base pay, incentive pay, equity, executive compensation, wage policies, and acquisition integration. Analyzes and optimizes programs, recommends improvements to leadership, oversees analysts, and partners with HR and business leaders on compensation needs. Supervises, coaches, and develops team members while providing cross-functional compensation expertise.

Lead architecture and engineering across multiple teams and principal engineers to accelerate delivery, optimize cloud costs, create reusable foundational code and POCs, mentor engineers, resolve high-priority incidents, align technology strategy with vendors, and drive portfolio-level innovation and process improvements.
