Reviews customer accounts, contacts customers by phone and electronic communication, verifies payments with accounts receivable, and partners with field personnel to resolve installation or service issues. Handles disputes, negotiates payment options, follows escalation and collections processes, documents communications, and closes out jobs.

Supports Outside Sales Representatives in growing managed account portfolios through quoting, sourcing, sales orders, account administration, issue resolution, post-sale follow-up, and project ownership.
