Develops and executes software test plans, procedures, regression tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests for a satellite situational awareness system. Serves as a technical and operational cybersecurity subject matter expert, applying defensive cyber operations, threat hunting, network security, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, zero trust, and agentic AI capabilities in classified environments. Supports cyber planning, threat detection, systems integration, customer engagement, and cross-functional engineering activities for FAA and national security missions.

Develops, executes, monitors, and analyzes budgets supporting the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process and National Intelligence Program. Prepares budget reports, fiscal program builds, congressional budget justification materials, briefings, financial data calls, and legislative impact analyses. Requires extensive government budgeting experience, Intelligence Community expertise, and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Analyze and exploit target networks using all-source intelligence, SIGINT, and cybersecurity data. Identify vulnerabilities, map network infrastructure, develop exploitation plans, analyze network traffic across OSI layers, create evolving cyber tradecraft, and communicate findings to intelligence stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with government, military, and contractor partners supporting national security missions.

Develop and enhance secure cloud-based applications supporting national security operations. Work in an Agile environment using DevOps practices and modern cloud technologies to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. The role requires Java development, Git or GitLab experience, an active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph, and a cloud certification. Preferred experience includes full-stack development, REST APIs, containers, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, and related development tools.

Implement and support advanced network technologies for enterprise and hybrid cloud environments. Responsibilities include network architecture, engineering, development, integration, deployment, configuration management, troubleshooting, security services, and providing specialized solutions to complex IT problems.
