Represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation and workers' compensation matters. Manage cases from inception through resolution under moderate supervision, handling discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, drafting pleadings and motions, advising claims teams, using e-discovery and case management tools, and contributing to process improvement while upholding legal and ethical standards.

Manage full lifecycle, high-exposure commercial Energy claims including coverage analysis, litigation management, reserve setting, investigation, and settlement. Lead cross-functional teams, oversee outside counsel and experts, mentor junior examiners, and advise on energy-specific coverage, litigation strategy, and claims process improvements.

Underwrite Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, and General Liability for healthcare and life sciences accounts; grow and manage a profitable book of business, build broker relationships, mentor underwriters, analyze portfolio performance, document decisions, and collaborate with Loss Control, Claims, and Industry Consulting to drive profitable growth.

Lead Anaplan platform architecture and evolution into an enterprise planning solution. Define integration and governance standards, partner with data teams, guide cloud and integration architecture (Snowflake, IDMC, AWS), mentor engineers, support incidents, evaluate Anaplan features, and drive roadmap and AI inclusion in planning processes.

Support end-to-end closing and onboarding of private investments (private equity, private credit, real estate, structured transactions). Review transaction and legal documents, set up investments and entities in systems, reconcile post-close details, assist with accounting assessments, and perform operational due diligence on external managers. Coordinate with investment teams, legal, accounting, and external providers while maintaining records and supporting audit requests.

Drive profitable premium growth across an assigned territory by building consultative relationships with independent agencies. Manage prospecting, onboarding, business planning, training, and portfolio management. Partner with underwriting, claims, product, and risk control to optimize book mix, retention, and new business. Use data and tools to improve agency performance and mentor peers while executing territory strategies to meet premium, profitability, and operational goals.

Underwrite and negotiate large commercial surety accounts to maximize profitability and minimize risk. Analyze financial statements and project performance, manage an assigned book of business, develop agent and broker relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, resolve underwriting and workflow issues, mentor junior staff, and support special projects within Surety policies and procedures.
