Lead product analytics to inform strategy and optimize user experience: translate business questions into analysis, build reliable analytics infrastructure, run A/B tests and ML/statistical analyses, track funnels and cohorts, support 0-to-1 product launches, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams.

Manage full sales cycle for SMB accounts (1–200 employees): conduct high-volume discovery calls and demos, qualify opportunities, forecast pipeline, negotiate and close deals (typically $5k–$20k). Drive consistent pipeline growth, meet quarterly OTE/quotas, build relationships with sales/marketing/ops leaders, and maintain Salesforce records. Hybrid role (3 days in office).

Design, build, and scale major systems end-to-end. Own performance, reliability, and cost tradeoffs. Collaborate across product, design, and engineering to break down ambiguous problems, ship solutions, and raise team quality using AI-assisted development.

Own Salesforce architecture and GTM systems for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Design scalable solutions, govern multi-instance Salesforce, support quote-to-cash and AI-driven GTM builds, build automation (Flows, Apex, LWC), integrate Salesforce tools, lead stakeholder alignment, and manage end-to-end implementations from discovery through rollout and adoption.

Set technical direction org-wide, own highest-stakes architectural bets, lead the AI/agents rebuild, raise engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and align teams with product and platform strategy.
