Architects and governs Sutter Health’s enterprise semantic layer, creating reusable data models, security frameworks, and metric definitions. Designs and manages Microsoft Fabric and legacy SSAS tabular models, selecting Import, DirectQuery, or Direct Lake architectures to balance performance and freshness. Uses advanced SQL and DAX, dimensional modeling, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, Power BI, CI/CD, and Git integration. Works independently with minimal oversight and owns semantic infrastructure lifecycle management.

Lead Sutter Health's AI governance program: set operating model and policies, manage a team of analysts, conduct high-complexity reviews, draft standards, prioritize AI use cases, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to integrate governance across model development and monitoring lifecycles.
