As an Employee Benefits Financial Analyst, you will provide financial reporting and consulting to clients, focusing on analytics, financial analyses, and market contract evaluations. You will engage in carrier negotiations and manage multiple workflows while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.

Manage a book of employee benefits clients, provide day-to-day service, handle renewals and open enrollment, manage carrier/vendor implementations, resolve claims and coverage issues, prepare benefits materials and reports, and support RFPs and client meetings.

Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, provide client and carrier service, coordinate renewals and value-added risk services, resolve complex policy issues, support producers, mentor junior staff, and maintain accurate account records and reports.

Support account management for commercial lines: handle certificates, policy changes, renewals, client communications, premium financing coordination, quotes, and maintain accurate account records and systems.

Manage day-to-day insurance account operations, execute client renewals, and ensure accurate policy information in the agency management system.

Manage a book of employee benefits clients, lead renewals and RFPs, coordinate onboarding and carrier implementations, resolve claims and coverage issues, present benefits to clients and employees, maintain client and carrier relationships, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to support retention and service delivery.

Sell commercial insurance products, prospect and develop new clients, provide technical support and product education, prepare contracts and quotes, maintain client database, collaborate with team to meet sales targets, and attend ongoing industry education.

Manage a complex commercial-lines insurance book: serve clients, handle renewals, obtain and review quotes, negotiate with underwriters, ensure accurate policy binding and records, delegate to associate account managers, and support producer presentations to retain and grow business.

Manage new and existing crop insurance accounts: obtain carrier quotes, process policy documents, maintain agency management records, liaise with carriers and clients, support claims and sales growth, and train or assist staff as needed.
