Manages complex employee benefits accounts as the primary client consultant and technical expert. Responsibilities include account strategy, client retention, benefit program design, carrier negotiation, renewals, proposals, compliance, claims resolution, and cross-selling. The role maintains executive and carrier relationships, coordinates internal service teams, ensures accurate deliverables, identifies coverage and risk gaps, and mentors account-service staff. A current Life/Health license, Level 2 designation, and 5–7 years of employee benefits experience are required.

Administers and supports HUB’s Microsoft Teams Phone environment across more than 600 offices. Responsibilities include configuring users, call routing, auto attendants, call queues, SBCs, PSTN connectivity, and Teams-certified devices; troubleshooting voice incidents; monitoring call quality and usage; supporting office changes and site turn-ups; automating routine tasks with PowerShell and Graph API; documenting procedures; and participating in on-call and occasional after-hours support.

Handles warm inbound personal-lines insurance leads, identifies customer needs, follows call scripts, transfers or schedules appointments, maintains detailed call records, meets quality and performance targets, and builds customer relationships while driving sales.

Builds broker and client relationships, supports growth goals, negotiates within delegated authority, communicates coverage positions, and prepares referrals for management or carrier approval. The role also services renewal accounts, develops fiduciary liability expertise, makes marketing calls, and maintains underwriting standards and carrier relationships.

Supports commercial underwriting by researching and analyzing data, managing application workflows, reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance, responding to client and agent inquiries, and producing status and performance reports. The role also develops knowledge of loan servicing, collateral, escrow, mortgage protection insurance, lender-placed and REO risks, and escalates complex issues to supervisors or IT staff.

Reviews medical and pharmacy claims data to identify health trends, utilization patterns, treatment risks, cost drivers, and care gaps. Translates clinical findings into actionable insights for employee benefits strategies, client deliverables, carrier discussions, and population health planning. Requires clinical knowledge, regulatory compliance, strong communication, and experience in direct patient care or clinical practice.

Manages a commercial insurance book of business with independent decision-making and responsibility for client retention. Partners with Producers, clients, carriers, and underwriters on renewals, policy transactions, service issues, claims, billing, and coverage recommendations. Develops new business and cross-selling opportunities, maintains accurate account records, prepares reports, and mentors support staff. Requires strong communication, customer service, insurance industry knowledge, agency systems proficiency, a Florida 2-20 P&C license, continuing education, and occasional business travel.
