Participate in a 4-week classroom training and onboarding, then perform claim intake, investigation, coverage determination, documentation, and benefit administration under close supervision. Participate in a 4-week claims training program and onboarding, then assist in adjusting workers' compensation claims under close supervision. Investigate claims, gather medical/employer/witness information, determine coverage and compensability, administer indemnity and medical benefits, document and code files, communicate with claimants and providers, and participate in meetings and claim reviews.

Lead and manage strategic projects from planning through completion: perform cost/benefit and statistical analyses, coordinate cross-functional teams, present to senior leaders, develop procedures and training, and transition programs to management.

Manage technical and operational functions for a workers' compensation claims office, ensuring compliance, quality service delivery, staffing, training, budgeting, and performance for a team of 25–40 colleagues.

Adjudicate complex California workers' compensation claims for a dedicated client: investigate, calculate reserves and benefits, negotiate settlements, manage litigation and recoveries, coordinate vendors, and maintain client communication and compliant claim documentation.

Lead end-to-end bonus and incentive program administration, ensure accurate GAAP-compliant accounting and accruals, produce compensation reporting and analysis, support audits, partner with payroll/compensation teams, and mentor junior analysts to improve processes.
