Provides administrative support to the claims department by reviewing scanned documents, researching and processing email, correcting claim information, following indexing protocols, and meeting service-level and production goals. Reviews personal and commercial claims up to approximately $300,000 for compliance with client guidelines and company standards. Uses Xactimate and Symbility to conduct quality reviews and revisions, documents findings, identifies compliance trends, recommends training and process improvements, and provides feedback to team leads. Maintains claims handling, estimating, and jurisdictional expertise while supporting quality initiatives and performance reviews.

Provides clerical and office support, including answering calls, entering data, maintaining claim files, preparing spreadsheets and documents, managing office supplies, processing mail and faxes, printing reports, and supporting quality programs. Requires a high school diploma or GED, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.

Processes payroll updates related to leave and disability status, ensuring accurate coding and timely data entry in payroll and timekeeping systems. Reviews claim and timecard reports, balances files according to client PTO policies, responds to HR and business-partner inquiries, supports absence-program evaluations, and assists with special projects. Requires administrative experience, strong organization, analytical ability, communication skills, and knowledge of leave, workers’ compensation, and disability regulations.
