Provide clerical support to claims staff: set up and enter new workers' compensation claims, process payments and mail, manage notes/diaries, prepare correspondence and reports, schedule medical appointments, answer calls, and perform general office tasks to support claims operations.

Adjudicate complex workers' compensation claims: investigate, calculate reserves and benefits, negotiate settlements, manage litigation and vendor referrals, handle recoveries/subrogation, ensure regulatory filings and accurate claim documentation, and maintain client communication.

Analyze and adjudicate FMLA and other unpaid leave requests per client plans and state/federal law. Establish and track leave claims, determine eligibility and benefits, communicate decisions with claimants and clients, maintain documentation and quality standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Administer banking services for claims: issue stop payments, enter voids, prepare deposits and check copies, confirm check clearances, and respond to client/local office requests.
