Administrative Services Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE:  To coordinate administrative support functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assigns and directs work and trains new colleagues.
  • Coordinates administrative support functions and/or activities.
  • Identifies and resolves problems and issues.
  • Provides coordination, training and support for unit.
  • Provides systems administration and/or technical support for unit specific duties.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience
Two (2) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Analytical and interpretive skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
