Lead the design, governance, and implementation of behavioral and digital analytics. Define measurement frameworks, implement event taxonomies and instrumentation, ensure data quality and enterprise integration, perform hands-on analysis and dashboarding, and enable teams through documentation, mentorship, and governance to inform product and UX decisions.

Perform job evaluation, market pricing, FLSA compliance, Workday compensation audits and testing, annual merit and incentive cycle support, and provide consultation to HR partners and leadership on pay structure and compensation decisions.

Handle research, documentation, and resolution of ancillary product refund cancellations. Perform data entry and analysis, communicate with dealers, providers, clients, and accounting to trace funds, ensure compliance with state regulations, and clear aged or high-priority loans within SLAs. Collaborate with internal teams, attend meetings, and support process improvements and special projects.

Process and interpret auto, property, and casualty insurance documents into Allied's tracking system. Apply insurance to loan records, handle matching programs and premium invoices, follow procedure manuals, meet productivity and quality targets, support workflow priorities, and collaborate with team members.

Manage day-to-day administration of CPI/LPI lender tasks: process and audit notices, premiums, certificates and reports; ensure timely billings/refunds; resolve issues with internal teams and clients; analyze loan-level indicators and reporting to prevent issues and improve product performance; meet SLAs and productivity/quality targets.

Develop and execute product marketing plans to support launches and growth. Create sales enablement content, manage national campaigns, implement MarTech (Demand Gen/ABM), facilitate cross-department workshops, and measure program effectiveness to drive lead generation and sales.
