The Applications Architect Manager supervises technical personnel, oversees IT application management, ensures service delivery, and aligns strategies with business objectives, requiring extensive experience in IT and management roles.

Provide Level 2 Windows systems administration and troubleshooting for development, test, and production servers. Perform patching, re-imaging, GPO configuration, OS hardening, software/agent management, monitoring, incident remediation, root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, and create runbooks to train Level 1 analysts. Support 24×7 operations on rotating shifts.

Provide advanced Linux/Unix administration in a 24×7 NOC: troubleshoot OS/service/connectivity issues, perform re-imaging, patching, package management (yum/apt/rpm), monitoring, incident remediation, runbook creation, documentation, and train Level 1 analysts. Maintain compliance and operational reporting across development, test,and production servers; support rotating shifts.

Administer and maintain Linux/Unix development, test, and production servers including imaging, patching, package management, and shell-level maintenance. Monitor systems, troubleshoot complex OS/service/connectivity issues, own Level 2 incidents through resolution and root-cause analysis, produce operational reports, maintain documentation/configuration data, create runbooks, and train Level 1 analysts. Support 24x7 operations across rotating shifts and ensure compliance with export-control and authorization requirements.

Lead web strategy and optimization for Unisys.com: define customer journeys, run A/B testing and personalization, monitor behavior with Contentsquare/GA4, manage web publishing team, ensure site quality and SEO, improve performance and conversions, partner with marketing and analytics, and present results to stakeholders.

Lead pricing strategy and commercial modeling for large, complex global IT services deals. Build financial models, design pricing structures (fixed, T&M, subscription, outcome-based), quantify client value, and use AI/analytics to automate insights. Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to ensure profitability, governance, and continuous improvement in bid environments.
