Oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance for alternative investment funds, ensuring accuracy in NAVs, valuations, and investor allocations while enhancing governance and reporting processes.

Design, estimate, and develop backend services using Java/Spring. Diagnose and resolve production incidents via root-cause analysis, logs, traces, and debugging. Implement monitoring, alerting, CI/CD deployments, performance benchmarking, capacity planning, and reliability improvements. Use Oracle SQL, Splunk, Geneos, ServiceNow, Jira, and optimize solutions with Python, C++, and KDB/Q.

Settle U.S. Treasury, equity and bond trades by reconciling FICC obligation orders across BONY, Fedwire and ICI; process MBS financing into repo collateral protection; handle expedited Trust Receipts and Syndicate trades; optimize deliveries via partials/pair-offs/inter-day borrowing; resolve settlement discrepancies, monitor exception queues, perform position reconciliations, and participate in disaster recovery tests and system upgrades.

Own oversight of accounting, NAV and regulatory reporting for US-domiciled real estate and private markets funds. Review external administrator deliverables, SPV financials, fee calculations, capital calls/distributions, tax reporting and audit support. Ensure US GAAP compliance, strengthen controls, liaise with stakeholders, and drive process improvements and reporting automation.

Lead and supervise the TPG Securities operations team (Bangalore/Pune), manage end-to-end securities trade lifecycle for Equities and Fixed Income, coordinate with brokers/custodians/traders, ensure timely confirmations and settlements, enforce risk controls and SLAs, run efficiency and regulatory projects, and provide people management including performance reviews and mentoring for a team of 8–10.
