Oversee daily employee transport operations, manage vendor and fleet coordination, optimize routes and costs, ensure compliance and safety, handle escalations, produce MIS reports, and implement automation and tracking tools to improve service quality.

Lead and manage facility and property projects from concept through construction. Develop budgets and schedules, coordinate consultants and contractors, review drawings and invoices, provide client reporting, supervise project staff, and ensure compliance with approvals, regulations, and client objectives.
