Lead business development and delivery of complex mission-critical and advanced-technology commercial real estate projects. Serve as primary client representative, coordinate internal and external teams, manage project controls (scheduling, cost estimating), oversee delivery from planning through construction, and drive cross-business collaboration and innovation to meet client and stakeholder objectives.

Serve as the onsite frontline for a dedicated zone/building, providing high-touch employee and visitor support, reception duties, space readiness, issue identification and escalation, work-order submission, user education, and voice-of-customer capture to improve workplace experience and processes.

Lead end-to-end construction project delivery including budget and schedule management, vendor/contract negotiations, permitting, design coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation across multiple sites. Support business development and enforce PDS standards and technologies.

Develop BEPs, BIM standards, CDE management, clash detection, model reviews, integrate BIM with scheduling/quantity takeoffs, support construction and digital handover, provide stakeholder liaison and training.

Manage cost management activities for complex capital projects: establish cost programs, integrate cost plans, analyze cost risk, drive accruals and forecasts, support risk assessments and earned value management, review invoices, assist with RFP/RFQ and contract negotiations, and develop cost procedures and estimates.

Learn to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair material handling and automated packaging equipment including conveyors, robotics, PLCs, sensors, HMIs, and control cabinets. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, assist with PLC and basic electronics troubleshooting, follow safety and technical documentation, and complete a 12-week training followed by a two-year onsite apprenticeship while working with senior technicians.

Oversee construction project implementation from planning through completion: manage budgets, forecasts and master schedules; lead RFQ/RFP, vendor/contractor selection and contract negotiation; manage design, permitting, procurement, entitlements, and post-construction services; liaise with clients, property managers and stakeholders; apply PDS technology and ensure project risk and quality controls.

Manage site transition projects end-to-end: develop project plans, procure equipment, identify risks and contingencies, implement repeatable processes, ensure client quality compliance, coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors, and facilitate training and stakeholder meetings.

Lead transformation initiatives across Investor Services: identify opportunities, design and implement process improvements and automations, manage projects and a small team, produce analyses and presentations, and develop key metrics to drive business value.

Manage a portfolio of commercial lease transactions across North and Latin America, lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze financials and pro formas, ensure governance compliance, report to stakeholders, and identify portfolio optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
