Provide frontline customer support via phone, email, and chat; triage and resolve issues, document interactions in CRM, meet KPIs, escalate complex cases, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Scrum and Kanban workflows, maintain Kanban boards, remove impediments, track Agile metrics, and coordinate ServiceNow enhancements, releases, and cross-functional delivery to ensure sprint commitments are met.

Prepare, file, and remit indirect taxes (sales/use, gross receipts), reconcile tax accruals, process payments, maintain tax records, support audits, review transaction tax treatment, collaborate with Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain, and improve tax processes and systems to ensure compliance.

Provide specialized oversight of net revenue recognition, AR valuation, and regulatory reimbursement for hospitals. Prepare Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, audits, appeals, and analyze AR reserves. Develop analytical tools and present insights to executives and CFOs; communicate with regulatory intermediaries.

Provides HR support across onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, compliance, coaching, investigations, performance management, terminations, and HR reporting. Partners with leaders on policy interpretation and executes HR initiatives and special projects.
