The Manager, Supply Chain oversees the daily operations and performance of the facility's supply chain functions, including purchasing, inventory management, receiving, distribution, and logistics. Essential Functions
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain department, ensuring timely and accurate procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.
- Monitors inventory levels, usage, and replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock while minimizing waste and expense.
- Ensures all supplies and equipment are managed in accordance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates biannual physical inventory and cycle count processes, validating accuracy and reconciling discrepancies.
- Collaborates with clinical and operational departments to assess supply needs, product utilization, and service delivery effectiveness.
- Partners with corporate supply chain teams to support system-wide initiatives, contract compliance, and standardization of supplies.
- Oversees the maintenance and accuracy of materials management systems, including order tracking, stock management, and reporting tools.
- Serves as a resource for supply-related issues, resolving shortages, backorders, or delivery delays in collaboration with staff and vendors.
